Booking Information

Event bookings with Roaming Wheels require a signed service agreement and a deposit. Dates are not reserved until the agreement is signed and the deposit has been received. Booking details, including start time, service duration, menu selections, and location, will be outlined in your event agreement.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refund terms are governed by the specific event agreement signed by both parties. Please review your agreement carefully and contact us with any questions before signing.

Alcohol Policy

Roaming Wheels does not sell alcohol. In accordance with South Carolina law, clients are required to purchase and provide all alcoholic beverages for their event. Our role is to serve as a professional mobile bar service, preparing, pouring, and presenting beverages you supply.

We may require proof of purchase or other documentation to confirm compliance with applicable state and local regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or underage, and we comply fully with all applicable laws regarding alcohol service.

Intellectual Property
