Because of South Carolina state laws, clients must purchase and provide all alcohol for their event (dry hire). Mobile bars are not allowed to sell or supply alcohol directly. However, we make the process simple and stress-free. We work with you to create a detailed shopping list based on your guest count, drink menu, event style, and beverage preferences. This ensures you know exactly what to purchase and how much is needed while keeping everything fully compliant.

Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event. Once your date is secured, we will help guide you through the planning process to ensure everything is organized and ready for your celebration.

Yes. Roaming Wheels offers a full mocktail menu, wellness drinks, and kid-friendly beverage options. These can be added to any package or used to create a completely alcohol-free bar experience. Our specialty beverage options are perfect for weddings, family events, kids' celebrations, wellness events, and guests who prefer non-alcoholic options.
