 Yes. Roaming Wheels Mobile Events is fully licensed and insured to operate in South Carolina. We carry general liability and liquor liability coverage for your peace of mind.  

 Because of South Carolina state laws, you (the client) must purchase and provide all alcohol for your event (dry hire). Mobile bars are not allowed to sell or supply alcohol directly.

But don’t worry — we make the process incredibly easy. We work with you to create a detailed shopping list based on your guest count, drink menu, and event style so you know exactly what to buy and how much. This keeps everything simple, stress‑free, and fully compliant.

 Yes. A non‑refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before the event. 

 Yes. We offer a full mocktail menu, wellness drinks, and kid‑friendly options. These can be added to any package or used to create a completely alcohol‑free bar experience. 

 Weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, retirement celebrations, festivals, kids' parties, wellness events, and more. We also offer dry bar options for alcohol‑free events like kids’ birthdays, cookie‑decorating parties, mocktail bars, and seasonal gatherings.
